Licensed Real Estate Agent - Transaction Coordinator/Assistant Opportunity
Location: Greater Asheville (Remote with occasional in-person meetings)
Compensation: $500/week (20 hours) + Commissions
Type: Part-time growing to Full-time
Position Overview
Established real estate professional seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator and Assistant. We need someone who excels at managing transactions and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties
- Maintain transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with client communication and service
- Past Client follow-up
- Buyer representation as opportunities arise
Requirements
- Must have active NC real estate license
- Previous transaction coordination experience preferred
- Knowledge of MLS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in client service
- Marketing experience a plus
- Buyer's agent experience highly valued
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
