We sell stone products to contractors, builders, and homeowners. Our products come from our own quarry and hundreds of other quarries locally, nationally, and abroad. We have a great corporate culture and work environment.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Representative.
Duties would include greeting and engaging customers, writing up and checking out customers. We use QuickBooks but are transitioning soon to a POS. Answering phones, assisting customers. Helping in the Stone Yard, which could entail picking up trash, assisting loader operators with bulk orders. Scheduling local deliveries, confirming orders and invoices, and other duties as assigned.
English is a must, Spanish is helpful. Learning and maintaining a working knowledge of our products, mostly stone. We have about 350 items. Making outbound calls. We’d like someone who can make a few outbound calls a day to existing customers.
Cross-functional? If you are willing to learn to use an articulated loader or have a CDL B or A, let us know in the interview. We have loaders, dump trucks, Moffetts, and tractor-trailers.
Hours: We work M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We don't currently work Saturdays but are considering it on a seasonal basis. If we open Saturdays, it will be for a shorter day. We don't work on Sundays.
Compensation and Benefits: $17.00/hr to start. OT at 40. Paid Sick Days, Paid Vacation days. Health Insurance 80/20. 401k. We’ll discuss these details in a face-to-face interview.
