We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The Stocking Associate will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management and customer service within our retail setting.
Duties
Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products on shelves.
Operate pallet jacks safely to load and unload merchandise as needed.
Perform heavy lifting tasks to move products efficiently throughout the facility.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stocking area to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with shipping and receiving duties
Engage in merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility and appeal on the sales floor.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries related to product availability and location.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of shelves during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous experience is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management practices.
Ability to operate pallet jacks safely.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial, particularly in grocery store environments.
Capability of performing heavy lifting tasks as required by the job duties.
