Clothes Mentor, a top store for secondhand women's fashion and accessories, is seeking a friendly and driven Key Holder to join our team. Your job will involve giving great customer service, connecting with customers, maintaining store organization and making sure everyone has a great shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Support the business in buying, selling, setting prices, and arranging products for sale. Ensure excellent customer service by helping customers promptly and knowledgeably. Assist store management with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and buying inventory.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Using our POS system for sales for transactions, returns, and purchases. Achieve personal and store sales goals through excellent customer service, overseeing daily store operations including register management, banking tasks, financial reconciliation, reporting, and store maintenance. Price items according to guidelines, restock and maintain store displays, and uphold housekeeping standards. Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide helpful recommendations based on current fashion trends. Ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. Adhering to company policies on cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of retail and resale or consignment sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with fashion trends and a passion for women's fashion and accessories
- Comfortable working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit card transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends a MUST
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Able to bend, lift, reach and move up to 20lbs
-Stand for up to 6 hours
