Local Technology Sales

Analog Digital Systems, a local professional services provider for industrial data automation, immersive technology development, data analytics and simulation, is growing and seeking a sales development rep.

This is a "hunter" role, where your responsibility is to reach out to companies and prospects to drive new business creation.

You will be given various software tools to accelerate your outreach, keep follow-ups on track, and identify new opportunities, personalize the outreach, and set an appointment for the Principal Consultant or Sales Engineer.

This is an entry-level role, with base salary plus large commission. Sales cycles can range between 1 month and 2 years for larger projects, with an average of 4-7 months.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience in manufacturing

Experience in Operations or Training capacity

High-degree of situational awareness

Sense of urgency and resourcefulness

Calm, controlled, and collected in stressful environments

Must consistently present professionally for in-person and video meetings.

This is a hybrid role of both in-office and home.

This is a breakout role into Enterprise sales for the right individual. You will learn from a 15-years enterprise sales expert and will be provided significant materials to succeed, combining your previous experience into a sales role. You will not lead sales calls, but you may be trained into an Account Executive role. This is not a one-call close type of sale. This is trust and relationship building.

The owner doesn't care what your background is, but we are looking for exceptional people who are honest, hard working, know how to identify opportunity, and who present well.
