Position Overview
We are hiring Dealership Sales Representatives / Lot Porters to support our dealership partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and helping them with windshield and calibration services. Full training provided.
Pay Structure
- $16/hr – Entry Level / Lot-Porter (First 3-month probation)
- $17/hr – Mid-Level Experience / Customer Service Background
- $18/hr – Glass Experience (2+ years preferred; willing to train strong customer service backgrounds)
Additional Income:
- Overtime available
- Weekly pay
- Commission + bonuses on top of hourly
- Total potential earnings: up to $1,800/week
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working outdoors on the service drive
- Willingness to learn auto glass & ADAS calibration
- Dealership, porter, or sales experience is a bonus (not required)
Job Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the service drive regarding windshield and safety system issues
- Schedule and coordinate glass repairs and replacements
- Assist with lot-porter duties (parking, organization, support service team)
- Maintain a clean, professional presence onsite
- Build strong relationships with dealership service advisors and management
- Deliver NuVision’s premium white-glove experience
