Part time Position Starting ASAP
Asheville Salt Cave is a thriving business and we looking to hire more staff to accommodate our amazing clients. We are hiring for a Front Desk Associate/Cave Educator. This is a part-time position approximately 15-+ hours week with the potential for more hours in the future.
Weekend availability a must. Current hours need Friday and Saturday with potential for more shifts.
We are a small staff with a family-like vibe, so finding the right fit is important to us.
We are looking for a team player who is a strong multitasker and self-starter to fill a unique and dynamic position.
This position requires
strong customer service skills
an aptitude for computers/software
answering phones, emails, client inquires
organization and cleanliness
clear compassionate communication
an interest in holistic health and wellness
ability to work as a team as well as independently
public speaking/educating
We hope to find someone who is a resourceful problem solver who is excited to learn about salt therapy and has the drive to continue that education and share that knowledge with our clients.
The ideal candidate will help us create and maintain a relaxing meditative atmosphere. They will bring positivity to the work environment, previous experience with spa front desk/customer service, attention to detail, and is looking for long term employment.
Hourly pay starts at $12
(training wage $11/hr)
