What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking highly motivated, certified personal trainers to join our team and deliver world-class fitness experiences. As part of our Goal Performance Tier System, trainers are rewarded for excellence in client acquisition, unmatched professionalism, expertise, retention, referrals and sales.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions tailored to client goals.
Build and maintain a client roster through sales, consultations and referrals.
Track client progress and adjust programs for optimal results.
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
Promote PEAKFIT Studio’s wellness offerings, including nutrition counseling and juice bar.
Contribute to a team-oriented, client-first studio culture.
Requirements
Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and program design principles.
Strong sales and closing skills, with proven client retention.
Background in sports coaching or group fitness instruction is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
