I'm building a nature retreat and need help with lots of research during projects.
I'm looking for someone with considerable construction experience.
You'd mostly work remotely, don't really to be physically present, though you could come to meet and occasionally as needed.
This week, I needed help researching the right machine to buy, calling dealers in a few states, getting and negotiating pricing. Finding a store in asheville that carried a particular kind of saw. Finding a rental company that has a concrete chainsaw with a diamond blade. Figuring out what kind of clay seals a pond well and sourcing it etc. Every week is different.
You must be good at google, google maps, making calls, asking clarifying questions, and some creative problem solving.
I prefer people who use AI like ChatGPT or Google Gemini, the paid versions, as they can expedite research immensely. Though they are sometimes wrong too.
