As an Entry-Level Commercial Refrigeration Maintenance Technician, you will receive comprehensive training to support your development into a skilled technician. You'll be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, working closely with experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience in the field.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks on commercial refrigeration systems.
- Participate in regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Support the installation of new refrigeration systems under guidance.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Interest in pursuing a career in commercial refrigeration maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Starting Rate: $14 per hour
- Raises at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
