Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
Own necessary vehicle or trailer to safely transport products to job sites.
Own necessary tools to provide carpentry installations.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and precision in work.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Accurate measurement and assessment of installation sites
Precise installation of a bathroom wet area, vanities, flooring, and shower doors using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensuring proper sealing, insulation, and waterproofing
Collaborating with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
Maintaining a neat and organized work area
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns
