We are a small, growing construction company working between Bryson City and Sylva seeking new additions to our crew. We take pride in offering high levels of craftsmanship and integrity to our clients. Our slogan is that we provide " Quality solutions for your home improvement/build dreams." We mostly build custom homes from start to finish, but occasionally will do some remodeling. We complete a majority of the aspects of construction in-house, especially framing, siding, and finish carpentry etc. This allows us to see our work from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction while focusing on the details for our custom finish. We strive for a positive work environment enjoying our craft as we bring our clients dreams to reality.

Applicants should:
Have some or most of their own hand tools (tool belt, hammer, cats paw, measuring tapes, square, etc.)
Have reliable transportation and drivers license
Have experience, knowledge, ability and willingness to work in all aspects of carpentry (framing, siding, decks, doors/windows, cabinets, and finish carpentry; painting and tile would be a plus)
Be substance/alcohol addiction free (at least 6 months sober and nonsmoker strongly preferred)
Have a positive attitude and work/communicate well with others
