Job Responsibilities:
Precision cutting and installation of crown molding.
Hanging doors, installing hardware, and executing all facets of interior trim.
Maintaining a neat and organized work site.
Working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Qualities:
Self-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Eager to learn and willing to share knowledge.
Generally punctual, understanding that occasional delays can happen.
Professional in appearance and behavior.
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience working on scaffolding is beneficial but not mandatory.
Available to start work immediately.
