Gay man has house for sale on the market and needs to get out in front of a home inspection. I have repairs to some Pex A to a purification system. Further, I have light electrical, outlets that don't work, lights switch, that don't work, old circuit breakers that need to be removed from the panels, etc. Just getting the easy stuff done before the inspection. $50 an hour, plus tip if appropriate.
