Position Overview
As a Cabinet Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation of high-end, custom cabinetry and millwork. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed with precision, functionality, and efficiency. This role requires expert knowledge of woodworking, finishes, hardware installation, and advanced installation techniques.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed shop drawings, plans, and specifications
Attend and contribute to pre-production and installation meetings
Perform pre-installation site inspections and communicate with project managers
Wrap, pack, load, and deliver cabinets safely to job sites
Execute precise installations of cabinetry, moldings, and trim in luxury homes
Install and adjust functional and decorative hardware (hinges, drawer slides, pulls/handles)
Scribe, fit, and make on-site adjustments for perfect installation
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other trades for seamless integration
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Conduct post-installation walk-throughs and create punch lists
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years experience installing custom or high-end cabinetry/millwork
Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Proficient with professional woodworking tools and installation equipment
Excellent problem-solving and adaptability on job sites
Able to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to start and end each day in Hendersonville, NC
