We are an established 35 year old local construction company looking to bring on an experienced, self motivated, highly organized site supervisor with ample experience and good communication skills. This is both a working, hands on position as well as a strictly supervisory role depending on job and overall project needs.
Ability to fully comprehend all design documents, plans and specification manuals.
Tools, transportation, cell phone, driver’s license are all a must.
Minimum of 5 years experience, prefer more, resume and references required.
Will need to express clear and respectful communication skills with clients, designers, coworkers and management.
Will be required to track and schedule daily job site tasks, subs, and materials
Residential and commercial construction.
Projects are typically all in the Asheville area. We do not work more than a 45 minute radius from Asheville.
