Key Responsibilities:
Install Cabinets: Execute precise installations of cabinets, shelves, and other features according to project specifications.
Measure and Cut: Accurately measure and cut materials to ensure a perfect fit for each installation.
Hardware Installation: Expertly install hardware such as hinges, handles, and accessories to complete the cabinet assembly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure fixtures are level, plumb, and securely installed to meet our high standards of craftsmanship.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from debris throughout the installation process.
Problem Solving: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of experience in cabinet installation or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in carpentry skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints or technical drawings, with a deep understanding of cabinet materials and hardware.
Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing work environments with ease.
Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
