Person needed to do property maintenance at airbnbs in Buncombe county.
Duties include yard upkeep, leaf clean up, changing hot tub water, cleaning hot tub filters, cleaning windows, doing cabin check lists, preparing homes for new seasons. Small repair jobs fixing screens broken window openers etc as needed
This is a part time W4 position Approx One day per weekyear round , plus emergency call out if needed.
Requirements
Must be reliable
Must have reliable vehicle
Own yard equipment
Clean drivers license
Clean background check
Prefer person based in Fairview, Arden or Fletcher
Prefer non smoker
