Premium pay for technicians with EPA and CPO certifications.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders
Complete unit turns
Renovate assigned units
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities
Special projects
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in property management maintenance required
HVAC/CPO a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S.
