Tri-Cities Remodeling and Construction Company is hiring for Residential Remodelers (Team lead openings for 10+ years experience as well)

Our work area covers the Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol greater area in East Tennessee. We do NOT have work opportunities in North Carolina.
Minimum 3 years experience doing residential remodeling / construction

First rate pay - $22 - $26 / hour with potential growth into Team lead / foremen with higher pay and bonus opportunities

Full time W-2 position
40 hours per week YEAR ROUND. (Every employee has had 40 hours per week available through November, December, January, February, you get the idea)

We have licensed electricians and plumbers on staff as employees as well.
You'll be responsible for residential remodeling work completing projects in:
Kitchen and bath remodels
Flooring installs
Building decks, including waterproof and covered decks, PT lumber and Trex (We are TrexPRO certified)
Whole home paint jobs
Roofs
Building additions
Full basement remodels
Build garages (attached and detached)
Whole home remodels
Must have reliable transportation to get to jobsites throughout Tri-Cities area and a bit beyond
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime
Must have routine tools needed for work listed above. We do not provide tools.
