Gillmann Services is now hiring skilled laborers to be a part of our basement/foundation waterproofing crew. Serious applicants are to call Zack at 540-553-4357 to start the interview process immediately.
This position has heavy physical demands. All candidates for hire must have a valid driver's license, be physically fit, and capable of the following requirements:
ï· Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions
ï· Work safely with jack hammers and other specialty equipment
ï· Lift large buckets of gravel repeatedly
ï· Climb tall ladders when necessary
ï· Work in small confined spaces for extended periods of time, sometimes below grade
ï· Lift up to 70lbs repetitively
ï· Climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop often
ï· Work off elevated platforms, ladders or mechanical lifts
ï· Must possess a valid drivers license to drive company vehicle throughout the day from the shop to job sites and back to shop again at the end of job shift
Construction experienced is required. Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime (we cannot guarantee returning home each night if work is out of town or leaving job site at a particular time). Must be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding company policies and job duties.
