Hiring: Experienced Home Builder
If you have experience in home construction and are proficient in framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and installing interior and exterior doors, we want to hear from you. The first or second week in May is the tentative start time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Construct one tiny home and one deck according to zoning and permit standards
-Perform framing, drywall installation, plumbing, electrical work, and door installation as needed
-Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the project
Requirements:
-Proven experience in home building or construction
-Knowledge of zoning and permit requirements
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must bring tools and equipment (mandatory)
-Strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects on time and within budget
Compensation:
$25 per hour
