Bistro Roca and historic Antlers bar in Blowing Rock NC is now hiring for AM and PM cook positions. We are looking for motivated individuals with at least one year of restaurant experience. Must be punctual and take direction well. Any experience with garde manger, wood fire cooking, chargrill, sautee, or artisan pizza would be a big plus. We offer year round employement with wages starting at 12-16 an hour depending on your level of experience. Part time or full time opportunities available.
