Club Food and Beverage Employees (Beech Mountain Club)
Beech Mountain Club is interviewing candidates for all restaurant positions.
Candidates should have professional restaurant experience club preferred, but not necessary.

Food & Beverage Manager:
Seeking Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager to manage all aspects of food and beverage service in the Clubhouse between Mid/Late-April and October. Provide input and manage approved budgets; hire, train, schedule and supervise subordinates to assure that the wants and needs of members and their guests are satisfied. A strong food and beverage background with previous experience in a private club setting is considered a plus. Visible direction of all food and beverage service, interaction with the membership, a good working relationship with the Executive Chef and attainment of budget goals are primary duties. Required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Front of the House Employees Responsibilities:
Provide quality care for the membership
Professional and clean cut
Must be able to lift more than 40 lbs
Setting and flipping the dining room
Multitasking
Line Cooks Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Dishwasher Responsibilities:
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Stocking and rotating stock
