We are hiring an experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team at a busy hospitality property in Newland, NC. Our on-site Taproom & Grill serves both hotel guests and the general public, and we are building a reputation for creative drinks, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about mixology, enjoys creating craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and can deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position also offers opportunities to be part of our special events, live music nights, and seasonal programs.
Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
Develop and recommend seasonal craft cocktails and specials
Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with ABC laws and health/safety standards
Engage with guests, providing friendly and professional service
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Qualifications:
Prior bartending experience required (craft cocktail or upscale hospitality preferred)
Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be 21+ with valid ID and eligible to work under NC ABC guidelines
Schedule & Compensation:
Evening and weekend shifts
