General upkeep / maintenance / repair / carpentry /plumbing repair help needed year-round, for a few rental properties in town (Boone)
Rough and finish carpentry - small projects (cabinet repair, soffit & fascia repair, siding repair, fence building, etc)
Painting (cut & roll)
Drywall repair (level 4/5 & stomp texture)
Plumbing repairs (swap faucet, repair burst pipe - copper/pex, repair sink stopper, snake clogs, swap out water heater)
Please have your own tools & transportation
I supply materials, you bring your knowhow
This work is in Boone Please only respond if you live in Boone, or within 20 minutes drive
I pay within 24 hours of completion of work. Then it goes to weekly pay on Saturday. Pay is via Zelle or Venmo (no cash payments)

Not looking for a General Contractor, or a maintenance business, or a handyman service Looking for an individual skilled carpenter/maintenance person.
This is not bid or budgeted project work This is ongoing 35/hr gig work.
This is not a full-time job But, for the past months, I've had enough for 7 hr days 4 days a week
