Mountain Home Exteriors is looking for new team members for the upcoming season.
Responsibilities include tear off of old shingles, lay new roofing materials such as wood, and shingles, clean rooftops by removing leaves, ice and other debris, use hand tools such as a hammer, saw.
Physical fitness level that will allow for quick movement, climbing, bending and lifting heavy loads. Previous experience in roofing, construction or related scope of work is preferred but not required. Communication and teamwork skills including an openness to receiving feedback from superiors. General knowledge of roofing procedures, techniques and specialties. Strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work. Ability to read and follow instructions. Endurance to spend hours working in extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold.
Pay is based on experience.
