Position: Construction Laborer
Location: Boone
Job Type: Full-time (30-40 hrs/ wk)
Salary: Hourly pay based on experience
Responsibilities include:
Assist with basic construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup
Help with setting up and maintaining tools and equipment
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe
Purchase materials and supplies and deliver to job sites as needed
Receive material deliveries and facilitate intake processing and inventory
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Some construction experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
