Vista Installations is a family-owned millwork installation company proudly partnered with Lowe’s Home Improvement. We specialize in delivering high-quality window and door installations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an experienced, motivated Field Installation Manager to our team. You must have an extensive background and knowledge in window and door installations.
Position Overview:
The Field Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation crews, managing field operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards. This role also supports installer recruitment, addresses customer concerns, and fosters strong relationships with Lowe’s store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of installation crews, providing on-site support and guidance as needed.
Partner with the Regional Manager to maintain installer staffing goals.
Oversee and resolve Work Orders and escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular site visits — meeting with each crew at least weekly.
Schedule and complete monthly visits to partnered Lowe’s stores, building rapport with store associates.
Display a proactive, customer-first approach to issue resolution.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience managing construction or installation crews.
Window and door installation experience required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $60,000 – $68,000 per year
