Hello...
I'm seeking a skilled, reliable, year-round, on-call (not a full-time or even fully a part-time job), person to assist with ongoing property maintenance for 5 in town (Boone) properties...
I pay hourly, & pay the end of each week when work is being done (prefer to pay via zelle, venmo, a deposit to your bank account, or something like that - rather than a paper check - as I'm sometimes working from properties in VA & other places... no cash payments)...
Carpentry - rough & finish ($15-20/hr depending on task)
Paint prep & painting - interior & exterior ($12-20/hr depending on task)
Basic Electrical - swapping ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets... ($15-18/hr depending on task)
Basic Plumbing - swapping faucets, repairing toilets, snaking lines... ($15-18/hr depending on task)
Cleaning (interior & exterior) - construction cleanup, tenant turnovers, parking areas & trash pickup in yards...($10-20/hr depending on task)
Landscaping - trimming shrubs & trees, seasonal plantings...($10-15/hr depending on task)
All commensurate with skill, speed, and complexity of the tasks...
Some special projects or rush times will pay more per hour...
You must please be computer savvy & know how to use MS Excel or Google Sheets, so you can fill out & email me your time/billing & receive Task List emails, etc (or have someone that can do it for you)...
Please don't get in touch offering flat rate or different rate services, or an offer to bid the work... This is for ongoing tasks at the rates noted... I do the same work, so I try to be as fair as possible... Thanks
I provide materials & supplies... You need your own tools (please have all that is needed to do the above noted work), and reliable transportation.
Schedule is flexible (other than the times when it's a maintenance emergency - like a backed up toilet)
Please tell me a bit about yourself, and if we decide it might be a good fit, I'll need two references.
