Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered 15 years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities Experience leading teams and overseeing Subcontractors. Experience Liaising between Subcontracts Department and Engineering throughout the lifecycle of the project. Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building. Demonstrated expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
