Find out how far your passion can take you.About the JobThe Deal Desk is the primary escalation point for all non-standard deals. The Deal Desk Analyst will be instrumental in providing high quality, compliant quotes for the Sales team. This position requires very strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams to help streamline sales execution, drive global consistency, and improve margins.What you will do
Focus on high quality/compliant quotes, timeliness of quote creation and high level of collaboration and customer satisfaction between team members and the Sales team
Collaborate with the Sales teams to eliminate roadblocks that may slow the efficiency of quote creation
Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote
Ensure that quotes are created in compliance to the pricing rules
Take the initiative in identifying errors or trends and propose solutions
Collaborate across teams to recommend and implement cross functional process improvements
What you need
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 or more years of business knowledge experience in SalesForce and Excel
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Willingness to navigate and partner through high pressure engagements with sales teams
