This position will work directly with the head of product and will have responsibility for driving our data, analytics and machine learning strategy. You will set our strategic direction for our own internal data strategies, and its monetization through product strategy. Be part of this fantastic new opportunity and inspiring culture of relentless innovation towards Ingenuity for Life.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy Develop and refine the product vision and strategy for data and analytics capabilities within our SaaS offerings, including creation of standalone Data products that we sell to our clients as well as enabling our service organizations to craft custom solutions for our largest customers. Work closely with other product leaders to align product roadmap with company objectives.Customer Insights Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities for data-driven features and enhancements. Support our sales teams with insights that enable them to demonstrate our ROI.Data Governance Establish and maintain data governance policies and practices to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.Stakeholder Integration Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Serve as a bridge between technical, sales, and non-technical stakeholders.Product Development Lead a team capable of defining product functionality, helping prioritize the product backlog, and working closely with agile development teams to deliver high-quality features on time.Performance Monitoring Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products and features. Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Innovation Stay on top of latest trends in data science, machine learning, and analytics tools. Advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies that can enhance product offerings.The ideal candidate has
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
Multiple years of product management experience, with a focus on data and analytics in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Proven track record of monetizing data & analytics for SaaS products
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive vision and consensus among diverse teams
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
