This position would allow you to make a real, positive impact on the lives of patients across the country, as well as further your career.What We're Looking For
1+ years of call center experience
Prior experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or medical setting strongly preferred
Prior knowledge of HIPAA regulations desirable
Highly organized and professional with excellent internal and external communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office a minimum
High school diploma
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide solutions to health care providers, patients and other internal customers.
Coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments.
Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription
Overseeing scheduling and delivery of medical supplies and equipment
Maintaining patient records accurately and completely
Following all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations
Complete all necessary paperwork forms and records according to policy
Hours and DaysThis position is will be on-site for training, followed by a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday.
