The Laboratory Technician I, using general laboratory methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing America’s Quality Assurance programs and standard operating procedures, supports laboratory operations through general maintenance of laboratory and supply storage areas, equipment, instruments, and supplies. The lab does Indoor Air Quality testing. The Laboratory Technician will work in the TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates and promotes the company visionPerforms sample preparation which may include, but is not limited to, a combination of the following methods:BulkAHERASoilDustPerforms sample log inPerform equipment calibrations ,daily balance check, thermometer and other basic lab activitiesMaintains, cleans, prepares glassware, and other laboratory appliances for the use in TEM sample preparation LabStocks laboratory suppliesConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerAssists other laboratory areas as needed
