Role Purpose (Why This Role Exists)The Downsizing Specialist/Mover supports the full lifecycle of a client project — from compassionate sorting and packing support through safe, professional loading, transport, and placement of belongings. This role exists to give clients a consistent, high-quality experience across both the emotional decision-making phase of a move and the physical execution phase, reducing handoffs and ensuring continuity of care.Working closely with the Downsizing Manager, Project Manager, and Team Lead, this role follows customized Move Plans, safety standards, and company procedures while representing The Downsizers' values in every client interaction.
