Investicore Holdings USA, LLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks Finance Manager.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate financial models for investment property acquisitions; run analysis on investments to determine risks and opportunities. Prepare consolidated financial information in line with accounting standards. Analyze performance of existing and prospective investments, including preparing reports on the same for review by senior management. Prepare and submit finance applications to banks and providers w/r/t new acquisitions and refinancings. Research national and international tax strategies. Prepare investment return calculations and stakeholder/shareholder reports. Ensure accuracy of internal recordkeeping and provide the same to banks, lenders, accountants, etc. as needed. Provide reports to chief executives (CEO, Chief Investment Officer) and management on all of the above.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, Real Estate or a closely-related field (or foreign equivalent).
In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, Real Estate or a closely-related field, employer will accept a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree plus 1-year related post-graduate diploma program in any of the fields listed above (Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, Real Estate or a closely-related field).
