Seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant / Administrator to support daily operations. Essential role to ensure efficient operations of office and shop workflow. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and professional.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling of appointments, calendars
-Setup of jobs including files, folders, and project documentation
-Track and maintain all office and project documentation
-purchasing, receiving, and control of project parts
-Billing, AP, and AR
-Inventory control including office and shop supplies
-Vendor and customer communications
-General administrative tasks and operations
Qualifications:
-Experience in office administration, receptionist, inventory preferred
-organizational skills with attention to detail
-written and verbal communication abilities
-Microsoft Office and Quickbooks knowledge
-Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
