About the Role:
As our next Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind smooth execution—balancing hands-on experience with leadership and clear communication. You’ll ensure timelines stay on track, budgets stay in check, and teams stay aligned. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in the field, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee residential construction and landscaping projects from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation with accuracy
- Keep clients informed, engaged, and confident throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges with efficiency and care
- Ensure compliance with permitting, safety standards, and internal policies
- Maintain clear records and utilize software tools (like Buildertrend) to track progress
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing residential or site development projects
- Excellent communication and team leadership—accountability is your default
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control
- Comfortable using scheduling and project management tools
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites
