Title: Evening Cleaning Technician
Location: South Charlotte, Cornelius, Huntersville (multiple sites), Independence Blvd — must travel between accounts
Pay: $200/week — paid every Friday
Hours: 12–14 hours/week (mostly evenings; one location during regular business hours)

Brinson Commercial Cleaning Solutions (BCCS) is hiring an experienced cleaning technician to service multiple commercial locations between South Charlotte and Cornelius. This is a 1099 independent-contractor role — supplies and materials are provided, but you must provide your own vacuum and mopping system. Reliable transportation required — travel between sites expected.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
Ensure all restrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure overall upkeep of the premises.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning roles such as janitorial or custodial positions is preferred.
Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment for effective maintenance.
Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial for specific assignments.
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and report issues effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
