Are you ready for your next Customer Service opportunity? Sparks Group has partnered with a manufacturer to identify Customer Service Representatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. As a CSR, you will handle all communication with your defined customer base, via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Handle inbound calls
-Respond to customer orders, general inquiries, invoicing questions, and customer concerns
-Partner with sales representatives to promote product sales to smaller accounts
-High school diploma required; college degree preferred
-Previous experience in a customer service role within an office environment
-Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication!
