About Us:
Regulators Baseball is a competitive travel baseball organization based in Indian Trail, NC (Charlotte Metro Area). We develop players from 10U through 18U with a focus on skill development, character, and preparing athletes for the next level.
Position: Head and Assistant Baseball Coaches (10U–18U Teams)
Responsibilities:
Plan and run practices focused on skill development, fundamentals, and game preparation
Coach games and tournaments throughout the season (Spring/Summer/Fall opportunities)
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Represent Regulators Baseball with professionalism on and off the field
Mentor players and help guide their athletic and personal growth
Qualifications:
Prior playing or coaching experience (youth, high school, college, or professional) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends for practices/tournaments
Passion for teaching the game of baseball and developing young athletes
Compensation:
Paid coaching positions (rate based on experience and role)
Additional opportunities for lessons, clinics, and camps
Location:
Practices and home base in Indian Trail, NC (Charlotte Metro area). Travel required for tournaments.
