Encore is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Cornelius, NC team, focusing on integrating and functioning electrical and electronic components for luxury coach conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Lead Engineer to achieve project goals for electrical systems in luxury touring coach conversions.
- Design and program electrical systems including 12V DC, 120/240 AC, AV Networking, Generator/Shore Power, and panel assemblies.
- Collaborate in installation and integration of appliances, audio-visual, and HVAC equipment.
- Engage in initial systems startups, troubleshooting, and road trials.
- Contribute to systems operation manual creation and support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in both AC and DC electrical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, multi-systems integration, and installation methods.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation and a high level of attention to detail.
