Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of project specific performance within Honeywell Corporate R&D engineering. You will partner with world class engineering leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities· Create and maintain dashboards analyzing portfolio status of R&D engineering project Say/Do and performance· Metric development/reporting including budget analysis, project schedule, and milestone/cost management· Effectively manage multiple relationships with senior stakeholders· Identify risks and opportunities and demonstrate mitigation strategies, communication, and change managementYOU MUST HAVE· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics· 5+ years of experience in creating analytics dashboards to measure project performance and KPI performance and presenting key takeaways to senior leaders· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWE VALUE· Create, support and track specific action items with clear deliverable and owners· Business acumen, financial analysis, and ability to use technology to automate reporting and takeaways· Experience in engineering, project management, or financial analysis· Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.· Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
