Support and monitor timely processing of all consumer accounts involved in all chapters of bankruptcy

Improve work processes, mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and state and federal regulations

Perform routine administrative, operational and transactional tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession

Communicate and receive direction from more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist

Escalate questions and issues to more experienced Bankruptcy Specialist roles

Interact with all levels of management, attorneys, internal and external customers and court personnel

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous knowledge of processing and data entry in the servicing department

Strong organizational and time management skills

Familiar with Hogan, AIS and CACS

Proficient in the Microsoft Applications (Office, Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Expectations:

Work Schedule- 8:00 am est to 4:30 est Hybrid schedule one week in office one week out of office
