Description Job Summary: We are seeking multiple Associate-Level Scrum Masters to support an enterprise-wide initiative spanning several critical verticals, including Workday, IT Cyber Security, Data Governance, and System Integrations. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum processes, support agile teams, and drive project progress within each respective vertical, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and best practices. This position is ideal for a motivated Scrum Master eager to build experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to support agile team productivity.
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize backlogs.
Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions to keep sprints on track.
Track and report on project metrics, ensuring alignment with vertical and enterprise goals.
Foster continuous improvement within the teams through retrospective insights and agile practices.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and changes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile project management role.
Strong understanding of Scrum and agile principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Exposure to or experience in one or more relevant verticals: Workday, IT Cyber Security, Data Governance, or System Integrations.
Experience with large-scale enterprise initiatives or cross-functional projects.
