Where a job isn’t merely a job but the start of a career where you can flourish.Job SummaryThe Connections team manages collaborative, meeting, and event space in eleven markets across the United States. Our customers are Wells Fargo Team Members, contract staff, and nonprofit organizations.Key Responsibilities:
Manages and books reservation requests; maintains room schedules through reservation system
Responsible for responding and processing all incoming CPGA requests specific to their Connections site
Provides consultative event coordination services to customers as required
Responsible for room setups; assuring room configurations are correct
Performs set-up and clean-up for beverage/catering service as needed
Provides customers with facility, building, and room access utilizing EPAR online tool
Maintains daily/weekly schedule boards and/or digital signage displays
Educates customers on direct access resources (i.e. Space Finder, EPAR, approved caterers, etc.)
Processes WANDA requests on behalf of customers requiring PC lab reservations
Receives shipped materials; serves as point of contact for stored materials; ensures materials are delivered to the meeting room as designated
Identifies and reports onsite building repairs; completes work orders and submits in timely manner
Responsible for compilation and sending of customer surveys using designated IMS online tool
Develops and maintains working relationships with Connections vendors (i.e. on-site security, porters, in-house caterers where applicable, etc.)
Delivers consistent customer interactions across Connections locations through implementing uniform terminology, consistent email templates and standardized workflow processes
Reviews monthly operational metrics, actively identify and share opportunities to increase utilization, raise Customer Service scores, lower cancellation rates and unfilled requests
Drive community and customer events to Connections spaces
Build Connections business and increase space utilization by understanding local Line of Business drivers and needs; build relationships with key WF partners
May lead, manage or provide subject matter expertise for projects and initiatives
Oversight of all incoming CPGA customer requests
Responsible for allocating site specific requests to requested location sub-folders to be processed by onsite Connections team
Responsible for answering Connections direct dial contact number in a timely manner; directs calls to appropriate site as needed
Manages customer request emails sent to Connections shared mailbox
Modifies reservations as needed and/or requested by Connections customers
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in project management and coordination experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience working in technical/audiovisual environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and make decisions when faced with ambiguity
Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a flexible approach when providing customer support
Able to remain mobile for extended periods during work day
Able to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend hours
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Work experience with reservation software platforms
Catering or other food service-related experience
Communications, Event Planning or Hospitality background
