We are looking for an Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join our growing team of data analytics in Corp Commercial who would manage the processes responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company.The candidate will work closely with leaders across different domains (Pricing, Sales Excellence, Marketing etc.) to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Tableau dashboards and recommendations for executives by connecting data from Core ERPs & enable weekly reporting Capabilities using Tableau Data Engineering – Adept at SQL. Data Mining – validate data extracted & report out discrepancies between current vs. to be reporting model & knowledge of Programming Language (Python, R) Possess Technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of data is factored for raw insights Be the front end & provide strong functional thought leadership and consulting in the respective domain Strong technology experience, preferably past delivery lead role experience of multiple technologies including but not limited to SAP Hana, SAP BI, SFDC, Data Integration, common knowledge of security application and data security, and data architectures Partner with business alignment team and business leaders on all domain initiatives Experience using data science solutions hosted on Honeywell FORGE (Domino, Paxata, Dremio, Informatica, Collibra) Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly and efficiently, and advise on best business use Motivated to drive performance in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities. Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights Keen for attention to detail, should be adept at Data Discovery, Persona Profiling, requirements gathering & core process analysis of problem area Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. Understands the domain, business, industry and interconnectivity between industries. Sees vision of the business and supporting through innovation. Radically challenges the way “things are used”. Creates new efficient ways. Starts at end user and works backwards/tech is secondary Ability to connect multiple aspects, understand a problem domain and be able to draw conclusions and suggest solutions. Ability to engage in both inductive and deductive process, Knowledge of how to find unknown quantities in a problem solving situation, Competence in linking various operations for complex problem solving. Create advanced analytics and predictive models to solve complex problems & develops analytical solutionsMUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. WE VALUE: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
