We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will also manage the creative execution process, including resource management for content strategy, user experience, design, copywriting, and business requirements. In this position, you will maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.As a Digital Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Project Execution:Lead the execution of digital projects, including eCommerce and Digital Self-Service initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budgetCollaborate with cross functional teams, both internal and external, to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve potential roadblocksDefine and track project tasks, participants, dependencies, and critical details to ensure effective use of resourcesDocument and communicate scope changes, assess their impact on timelines, budgets, and resources, and adjust project plans accordinglyCollaboration & Communication:Serve as the point of contact for project updates, issues, and communications for all assigned projectsCoordinate project meetings, distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure deliverables are incorporated into project timelinesProvide status updates, summarizing key project information for stakeholdersResource & Risk Management:Manage resources across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams, ensuring alignment of business requirements with project executionTrack, assess, and escalate project risks as needed, providing leadership with recommendations for mitigation strategies Prioritization & Process Improvement:Contribute to intake assessments, helping prioritize digital projects based on resource availability and business valueSupport process improvements aimed at enhancing project delivery efficiency and qualityLead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable changes
