WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Act as a change agent and program manager driving the CFO Group's data driven transformation
  • Own and maintain the finance data strategy and roadmap, taking lead in developing processes for intake, evaluation and prioritization of data and analytics demands of the program
  • Develop and manage the finance data program's project plan in alignment with the data strategy and roadmap and other transformation initiatives both within and outside of finance
  • Monitor the resourcing and progress of individual workstreams delivering on the data strategy as well as dependencies between them
  • Further drive the adoption of Agile framework and related best practices within day-to-day management of the development activities, as well as overall program planning
  • Drive an overall cadence of communication between product owners, technologies and stakeholders on program coordination and execution
  • Drive tracking and resolution of program risks, issues, actions and decisions and ongoing reporting around those to the stakeholders
  • Monitor program financials and ensure transparency and timely risk and opportunity identification through reporting
  • Drive the delivery of executive-level presentations and communications to keep finance and technology leadership, key stakeholders and governance bodies informed of the scope, approach, benefits, status, risks, and opportunities of the finance data program
  • Partner with business and technology leaders and SMEs to define, measure and report on KPIs to measure operational performance and project success
  • Collaborate with finance and technology leadership and SMEs to develop and execute change management plans

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management and/or change management, of which at least 3-4 years must be driving large scale cross-organizational programs within an Agile framework
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing change within an organization
  • Good understanding of key finance, accounting, and treasury processes (e.g., financial close and consolidation; financial planning and forecasting; financial, management and regulatory reporting; treasury operations and cash management; asset and liability management; capital markets)
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a breadth of perspective and ability to "connect the dots" even in areas outside one's primary subject matter expertise, and ability to reach beyond immediate sphere of influence to pull in stakeholders and drive expedient resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop executive-level presentations
  • Strong skills as a consultant, influencer, conflict manager and negotiator; demonstrated ability to motivate teams and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, making trade-off decisions where necessary to best benefit the organization
  • Ability to proactively identify and manage risks
  • Prior banking industry experience preferred
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred
